She went out of her way to make us feel very comfortable and welcomed.
After negotiating our way through the "Blanket Sellers" offering genuine fakes we found our way to the meet up point. Where we were met by our captain for the evening along with two other couples.
The weather was ideal for sailing, (dry but a little windy) and I was glad that I brought my thicker jumper. Although the Captain did provide a couple of blankets to share for those that really felt the cold.
The Nibbles and Cava were good, albeit not really enough for the three couples on the boat. I would have asked for another drink, as I had finished mine before we left the harbor, but didn't want to distract the captain from her main role of steering the ship, especially as it was windy outside of the harbor.
We also had a Saxophonist on board, which I thought was a nice touch, but didn't really add anything to the experience, other than taking up some valuable space on an already small craft.
Pros:
Captain good at what she did
Sailing is a nice experience with a fantastic view of the city from the sea
Cava and Nibbles good (But not enough)
Cons:
space was a bit tight on the boat
Captain expected to do everything from steer the ship to wait on guests all at the same time (which can be pretty tricky in windy conditions)
not enough nibbles and cava
Saxophonist didn't play the pink panther theme tune.
To get a 5 star review I would suggest that a deck-hand / cabin boy is on hand to wait on guests and support the captain when needed.
