This special sailing tour is very attractive because you will be able to enjoy the Barcelona Skyline with the sunset while a professional Skipper takes in from of the coast of the city, you will have on board some snacks and drinks while you are sailing.

What To Expect
Port Olimpic
The sailing yacht will be leaving the Port Olimpic for the Sunset sailing, you will have a sail inside of the port where you will be able to admire the modern metal golden plates statue of the whale located betwen the 2 high tower of the Port Olimpic, this metal whale statue was specially built for the 1992 Barcelona Olimpic games, then head to the entry of the port where sails will be hoisted hand have a nice sail in front of Barcelona to see the sunset and the skyline of the city

Jorge was an excellent captain, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He made the experience really fun. Boat was clean and comfortable. Tasty snacks and choice of drinks. Definitely worth every penny, wouldn't hesitate to do this again next time we visit Barcelona.

Great way to relax and enjoy amazing views of the city

This was a great way to spend the evening and relax. Jorge was a congenial and informative guide, who is clearly a master navigator. It was fun to talk to him about sailing and to get a sense of how much skill it requires to travel long distances in the open ocean. Once we were away from the port, he gave us a nice overview of what we could see of the city. This was very interesting because it provided a novel way of looking at and understanding the layout of Barcelona. Another great part of the tour was just meeting and talking to all the different people on the boat. It was a small group and everyone had plenty of space. There was a wide selection of practically anything you wanted to drink, from Sangria, wine, beer, cocktails or even just water. The snacks were also very tasty and high quality. Altogether, a great experience and highly recommended.

Jorge did a great job as a captain and as a host! Very nice time! Jorge did an excellent job sailing a big sailboat by himself and taking care of guests! He sailed even when it was rough waters and took us took a calmer place to enjoy the cruise!

We booked this trip last minute so the options were limited but boy am I glad we ended up with Jorge as our captain. He made this experience ten times better with his history knowledge of the coast of Barcelona, the music, tapas he provided & drinks he made as he would joke half captain half waiter :) The boat was beautiful and comfortable with the other passengers and the sunset was incredible. I would do this ten times over and Jorge made this such an unforgettable experience for our time in Barcelona!
Jorge's Sunset Cruise

Jorge, the tour operator, was so warm, welcoming and hospitable on his boat. This is a privately owned cruise with room for up to 12 people comfortably. The only problem was finding the location for pickup. We were told to meet at the Olimpic port by the El Cangrejo Loco restaurant in the booking. This place is actually on the total opposite side of the port. I would recommend mapping out the area and rechecking the directions. Not having phone service with limited wifi can make your plans difficult.
Don’t bother looking at other tours, this is the one you have to book

There is no point even looking at any other Barcelona sailing trips, this is the one you want to book. Jorge gives exceptionally clear instructions, including images of where to meet, was on time and incredibly friendly without being too involved. He is a wonderful skipper with extensive experience all around Spain and the world and you can feel 100% comfortable and safe when you are sailing with him. He professionally and compassionately assisted with another guest who fell seasick and even regaled us with stories of his years as a skipper, including when he saved a sea turtle! An absolute gem of a human being, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

We had an amazing sailing experience while sipping cava and watching a beautiful sunset. Jorge was a great host and answered our questions about the Barcelona waterfront. We also appreciated the clear instructions he provided to find the meeting point to start the experience. We highly recommend sailing with Jorge!

This was an amazing trip, and our trip to Barcelona wouldn't have been the same without it. Jorge made us all feel welcome and safe, he was a lovely host and knew the coast like the back of his hand. Jorge got in touch after booking to make sure we understood the message he had sent us with really clear directions, and met us at the marina as promised. The boat was clean and comfortable, we were offered snacks and drinks onboard once we had cleared the marina, and it was a really nice relaxed atmosphere. The sail out was so calm and peaceful, and Jorge knew exactly where to position us for a gorgeous view of the sunset behind the W hotel. It was breathtaking, just watching the sun setting in such peaceful surroundings. We then tracked the sunset back along the coast as we returned to shore. A great way to spend a couple of hours- definitely a must for anyone visiting Barcelona.
